The aim of studying and bibliography

The main aim of study: Shaping the habits of taking care of physical fitness and stimulating active participation in selected forms of physical activity.

The general information about the module: The module of physical education is carried out in the form of obligatory group exercises, during which the students under the supervision of a specialist teacher develop their skills in the field of sport or a recreational form of physical activity.

4 TK02 Initial adaptation to the aquatic environment: - face dipping, eye opening and orientation under the surface of the water, - mastery of breathing in the aquatic environment, familiarization with the buoyancy of water, - control of lying on the breast and back, - plays and games in water.
