The aim of studying and bibliography

The main aim of study: The students are acquainted with computer programs able to facilitate the calculation, execution of projects and problems solving in emerging in everyday engineering practice.

The general information about the module: The course aims to familiarize students with the basic applications used in the daily work of a chemical engineer, i.e. MS Excel, Origin, Matlab, Maple, ChemSketch. Based on a number of practical examples, students have the opportunity to learn how to solve tasks and engineering problems using computer applications. Classes are conducted with the use of English-language software. The use of English versions of the software allows students to become familiar with the nomenclature used in the programs used, as well as with terms related to the problems being solved.
