The main aim of study: learning the rules of using borrowings to someone else's creativity, understanding and making students aware of the importance of independence in creative work, learning the principles of civil and criminal liability for infringement of intellectual property rights, the ability to distinguish goods protected by exclusive rights, understanding the importance of intellectual property protection
