The main aim of study: The student who completed the module is aware of the importance of process safety, is able to describe it mathematically and design the apparatus or process in such a way that it is safe in accordance with the accepted standards.
The general information about the module: The module is implemented on the seventh semester. It includes 15 hours of lecture and 15 hours of laboratory. The module ends with getting credit. The course presents knowledge in the field of process safety, methods of its evaluation and methods of mathematical description necessary for the design of industrial apparatus and installations.
