The main aim of study:
Shaping the habits and improving the physical agility, as well as stimulating active participation in physical education classes.

The general information about the module:
Developing pro-health behaviour, perfecting physical condition and coordination. Preparation for participation in various forms of sport and recreational activities. Developing cooperation and collaboration skills.

3 TK01 Athletics. All-purpose development with an emphasis put on: strength, speed, jumping ability, endurance, agility, flexibility and dexterity. K01, K02, K03 MEK01 MEK02
3 TK02 Basketball. Passes, grabs, throws - stationary and aerial, running throws, dribbling, tactics: defense and offense, simplified and full game. K01, K02, K03 MEK01 MEK02 MEK03
3 TK03 Football. Receiving the ball - stationary and in movement, striking the ball: with an inner and outer part of the feet, headings, keeping the ball, tackling, tactics: set-pieces; free kicks, corner kicks and penalties. 3 TK04 Voleyball. Receiving and passing the ball with the usage of different techniques, tactics: basic player position patterns in defense and offense, blocking and practice. K01, K02, K03 MEK01 MEK02 MEK03
